Voting has now closed on the Dock Association proposal to increase network emissions of DOCK tokens for the next 3 months with the motion being passed unanimously.
The proposal will become effective within the next 24 hours and will see emissions double for the next 90 days. This will benefit Validators who have seen their rewards decrease in relation to fiat through the crypto winter combined with dramatically increasing energy costs.
It will also increase rewards for Stakers who, in locking up tokens, help secure the network.
